SharePoint Manager Plus is a web-based software that helps in comprehensive SharePoint management and auditing with its predefined reports on SharePoint inventories such as farms, content databases, web applications, site collections, sites, lists and document libraries. Get detailed information on permission changes, security level changes viz., group creation, modification, new member addition to group, new role creation etc., and component level changes viz., documents deleted, created, modified, checked in documents, checked out documents and more that makes SharePoint auditing easy. Manage Office 365 configurations by gaining visibility into the inventories with predefined reports on site collection statistics, site statistics, document library statistics and more. Using its 'Explorer' option, the solution provides complete visibility into the hierarchical architecture of SharePoint servers. The solution also provides out-of-the-box reports that help in optimizing SharePoint storage space utilization. It helps identifying components that has content dumped into it and idle components that has no content with the predefined reports such as Lists/Document libraries with more than 1000 items, Lists with attachments, Recycle bin disabled sites, Sites that has no lists or document libraries, Sites/Lists/Document libraries that are unmodified for more than 2 months and more.The solution also provides Email alert notification for component security level changes. Archive audit log data to meet the compliance requirements. The solution also allows you to automate report generation using report scheduling option. You can also redistribute the reports through email and export the reports in various formats like CSV, HTML, XLC, PDF and more. The tool supports both on-premise and Office 365 configurations and requires no server side agent installation.
